★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para que tus sobrinos/hijos/nietos/etc se diviertan. Recomiendo comprar el paquete de 500 pesos que incluye una soda, palomitas y un chocolate; con eso basta y sobra para que se diviertan unas 2 horas aprox.
 Excellent place for your nephews / children / grandchildren / etc. to have fun. I recommend buying the 500 pesos package that includes a soda, popcorn and a chocolate; with that enough and enough to have fun about 2 hours approx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of things didn't work and when I told the staff they didn't do anything to fix it or even to explain the problem and they wanted a 1 year old baby to wear a face mask even though by law kids under 5 don't need to wear a face mask and for a 1 year old baby is not even safe.
While I was in Mexico I went to different recorcholis and it was only in this one (paseo interlomas) that the service was bad and that the staff said their policy was that from 1 year old baby to wear a face mask. The staff were brutal, so rude and useless
The should also take care of all the bad reviews they get and work on them, rather than only being thankful for the ones that say the place is brilliant, in the end the bad reviews are only intended to help it be a better place
The place is nice, but their staff are as rude as they come. At least an apology for the bad experience
