★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en mostrador me toco ir por unas bandas y el chico que me atendió muy de mala gana aventando cosas y rapido queria atender sabiendo que era la unica que estaba ....... por teléfono muy déspotas las personas que te atienden 15 minutos esperando para que me dijeran muy despotas que no lo tienen y me colgaron ....aparte de tardados con su mala cara .
 Very bad service at the counter I had to go for some bands and the boy who attended me very reluctantly throwing things and quickly wanted to attend knowing that I was the only one who was ....... on the phone very despotic people who attend you 15 minutes waiting for them to tell me very despots that they don't have it and they hung up on me ... apart from being late with their bad face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mal trato en línea telefónica, busqué balatas y me contestan que no me pueden ayudar, deberían de capacitar a su personal para que sepa atender aún cuando el cliente desconozca del producto que busca, se supone que uno les contacta para que le orienten por ser expertos no para que lo manden por un tubo por falta de conocimiento, yo sólo platico mi experiencia con sus telefonistas, se mal recomiendan solitos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mujer que contesta el telefono cada que llamas contesta de mala manera, tiene un mal carácter hacia los clientes, no le puedes preguntar nada, pesima atencion telefonica, y el unico que rifa para atender es jose "el chaparrito"
