★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingrid is a very talented massage therapist. I have had hundreds of massages, and she is one of the best I've ever had. She has a very caring and healing touch. She is professional, arrives on time, and very reasonably priced. She comes to you, brings her table, chair and essential oils if you like for them to be used. She makes you feel better as soon as she touches you. I recently had surgery, and she was very in tune with my needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for therapy or just to simply relax.

Suffered from strong back pain but after the therapy not even the pain disappeared but I also started breathing deeply, colours became brighter and I felt overall lightness in the body.

I found Ingrid on Google while searching for massage therapists in the Polanco area, and after consulting with her about my limited flexibility and stiff areas, she recommended that we start with some acupuncture and then deep tissue massage. Not only did I feel great the next day, but I was not sore either which I was surprised - I felt healthy. My flexibility increased in both my shoulders and my neck. I highly recommend Ingrid if you are looking for acupuncture or massage therapy in the Polanco CDMX area!
