No tuve la oportunidad de recibir terapia ya que saque cita varias veces, la primera solo me hicieron valoración y no me atendieron (por que sacaría una cita donde solo me dan valoración?, si lo que necesitaba era que me atendieran una lesión real que no necesitaba solo de valoración para sanar).
Otra cita me la cancelaron pocas horas antes de la cita. Me parece que tienen una mala organización, por lo que entendí alguien acepta las citas y alguien mas las rechaza. Ya no encontré sentido en sacar mas citas.
I do not recommend it because of the bad organization that impacts poor customer service.
I did not have the opportunity to receive therapy since I made an appointment several times, the first one only made me an assessment and they did not attend me (why would I make an appointment where they only give me an evaluation? I needed only valuation to heal).
Another appointment was canceled a few hours before the appointment. I think they have a bad organization, so I understood someone accepts the appointments and someone else rejects them. I no longer found sense in making more appointments.
