★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones en si están bien, hay asadores, palapas, lonas, buena sombra de arboles. Sin embargo el problema como en la mayoria de estos lugares es que el baño siempre esta descuidado, independientemente de lo humedo por el tipo de lugar los sanitarios y lavabos muy sucios, el cesto del papel lleno. Además andaba una persona (varon) en estado de ebriedad y en ropa inapropiada, (boxer) cuando al hombre se le exige bermuda, fue muy desagradable haciendo su show en un lugar familiar como este y el personal del lugar nunca le llamo la atencion, aparentemente eran conocidos.

Todo el lugar sucio...las mesas y sillas francamente deja mucho que desear..
No entre a los sanitarios pensando estuvieran igual de sucios.. ..
invitada a no volver..en su publicidad se ve una cosa y la realidad es otra...disculpen pero ese es mi opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar a fuera de la ciudad, qué sirve para los eventos que pueden ser toda la noche, tiene una pista con tarima para los cantantes, banda (de preferencia) ya que un DJ no necesitaría ese lugar, además tiene muy bien ubicado el área dónde van las bebidas, solamente los baños quedan lejos y generan controversia,ya que si se encuentra ebrio, puede llegar a ser peligroso. Es un local con tierra así que no conviene hacer eventos con ropa de salón. También es un local para muchas personas ya que si son pocas personas se viera vacío y no sería un ambiente bueno. Si es posible sería bueno adornar la pista ya que es una simple cancha de basketball lo que hace que pierda un poco de seriedad por esa misma razón, solo se deben hacer fiestas informales. Pero en general es un buen lugar para hacer una fiesta que terminara en amanecida, aún que parece que es difícil que permitan esas tipos de fiestas. Un punto a favor del local es que se puede dedicar para la fiestas donde se ocupe una alberca, ya que está instalaciones prestan este servicio, por lo tanto es un local que puede ser útil para los eventos en todo el año. pero de igual forma, solo son para eventos informales.
Este local también cuenta con lugar para sentarse, aunque están más ubicados, ya que quedan muy lejos del lugar de las bebidas, entonces provoca que tengan que caminar por medio de la pista o tengan que sacar la vuelta, otro detalle es que si llueve o hay agua de por medio se va enlodar todo el local. Otra prioridad y punto importante al momento de rentar ese local, es sobre las horas del evento, ya que si se hace en la tarde no tiene sombra donde se baila y de hecho solo una pequeña parte del local cuenta con sombra. Por esa razón se recomienda hacer eventos solamente en la noche y de preferencia en temporada de invierno, al principio de primavera, ya que la pista es de cemento el cual puede ponerse muy caliente.

This place also has a place to sit, although they are more located, since they are very far from the place of drinks, so it causes them to have to walk through the track or have to turn around, another detail is that if it rains or There is water in between, the entire premises will become muddy. Another priority and important point at the time of renting that venue, is about the hours of the event, since if it is done in the afternoon there is no shade where you dance and in fact only a small part of the venue has shade. For this reason it is recommended to hold events only at night and preferably in the winter season, at the beginning of spring, since the track is made of cement which can get very hot.
