El un edificio hermoso y bien conservado. Entre sus bienes artísticos destacan los del pintor Gonzalo Carrasco.

Una construcción pequeña, virreinal, dedicada a San Francisco Javier, pero que no se celebra su fiesta, por aquello que "deja más la de cada día 28, dedicada a San Judas Tadeo", según un sacerdote a quien pregunté por qué no se celebra la patrono de la Rectoría... Una pena que se fomente la devoción según sea mayor o menor el beneficio dinerario que se obtiene.
