Pasó el lunes y nada, hablé a servicios al cliente y me aseguraron que el martes, paso el martes y nada, volví a hablar el martes y me dijeron que el miércoles ahora si. El miércoles llegó mi pedido pero incompleto (El adhesivo no llegó) así que no puedo empezar mi remodelación.
Obviamente yo ya gasté dinero desde el martes en citar a obreros para que me hagan el trabajo. Me molesta mucho que jueguen con mi tiempo. Se nota la desorganización entre áreas y el poco interés en cumplir con el cliente. Una vez que les pagas, tienes que estar persiguiéndolos para que cumplan lo que te dicen. Definitivamente primera y última vez que compro aquí.
I went to a store on November 20 to buy products. The seller told me that the following Monday I could wait for my purchase. Monday passed and nothing, I spoke to customer services and they assured me that Tuesday, Tuesday passed and nothing, I spoke again on Tuesday and they told me Wednesday now. On Wednesday my order arrived but incomplete (The adhesive did not arrive) so I cannot start my remodeling.
Obviously I already spent money since Tuesday in summoning workers to do the work for me. It bothers me a lot that they play with my time. Disorganization between areas and little interest in meeting the client is noted. Once you pay them, you have to be chasing them to do what they tell you. Definitely first and last time shopping here.
