★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia al ir a una entrevista en esta empresa fue pésima, no están organizados es una empresa que no tiene una identidad, es decir la empresa se llama Recubrimientos plásticos Masterbach, sin embargo cuenta con otras razones sociales, no tienen definido que es lo que realmente buscan en un candidato, es decir puedes tener años de experiencia en un area y ellos te piden otra especialización, cosa que la gente de RH es incompetente, es muy común ver vacantes constantemente no solo para el area de compras, en otras áreas, y todo se resume a que la empresa carece de una estructura organizacional, no sabe que quiere, no hay un perfil para cada area, mi consejo para esta empresa es que tiene que implementar un cambio organizacional para evitar tanta rotación de personal, y adoptar un nuevo sistema de reclutamiento.
 My experience when going to an interview in this company was terrible, they are not organized is a company that does not have an identity, that is to say the company is called Plastic Coatings Masterbach, however it has other social reasons, they do not have defined what is what they really look for a candidate, that is, you can have years of experience in an area and they ask you for another specialization, something that the HR people are incompetent, it is very common to see vacancies constantly not only for the purchasing area, in other areas, and everything comes down to the fact that the company lacks an organizational structure, does not know what it wants, there is no profile for each area, my advice to this company is that it has to implement an organizational change to avoid so much staff turnover, and adopt a new recruiting system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pesima la atención te asen perder el tiempo y en la entrevista te salen con que no cumples el perfil necesario no importa que tengas bachillerato o careta técnica mi recomendación es que no pierdan el tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojo al momento de ir a pedir empleo en esta empresa; se hacen llamar Recubrimientos plásticos, Admites ó Metalat, mi caso fue que envié mi cv por occ, me llamaron para una entrevista, la persona que me llamo me comento que cuando llegara en la caseta de vigilancia dijera que iba para una vacante de RH cosa que no era cierto yo me postule para una vacante,para compras, cosa q se me iso rara, al momento de acudir a la entrevista la gerente de RH me entrevisto como si fuera experta en compras, en fin no conseguí el empleo, pero me llama la atencion que cada rato solicitan personal para compras, ojo con ir a esta empresa charlatana, que quien sabe cual es su verdadera razón social, ah y las vacantes salen publicadas bajo las razones sociales antes mencionadas y al mismo tiempo, según ellos son vacantes extra urgentes.
