El balance, la atención y respeto por cada ingrediente es sorprendente, un lugar simplemente inigualable, una joya en el centro de la ciudad.
Ya he tenido la oportunidad de asistir en numerosas ocasiones y en cada una sigo maravillándome de lo que son capaces de hacer, se nota cuando alguien ama lo que hace y en este lugar el amor por la gastronomía se siente en cada bocado.

How to describe the food of this place? One word: Perfect.
The balance, attention and respect for each ingredient is surprising, a place simply unmatched, a jewel in the center of the city.
I have already had the opportunity to attend on numerous occasions and in each one I continue to marvel at what they are capable of doing, it shows when someone loves what they do and in this place the love for gastronomy is felt in every bite.
A clean 10 out of 10. I love it here ❤️.
