Terrible!!!!!! The dealers can't count and the management was so unprofessional. Don't waste your money. They make up the rules as they go. We played Blackjack and the dealer dealt and extra card on 17 by mistake pulled the card back and put it in the deck and then took our bet and said we lost. They also did another bet the dealer had 21 and we had 21 but with 3 cards and they said we lost the bet because the dealer only had two cards.

Never come here ever!!!!! They are liars and stealers. I won $1800 on the slot machines and they tried to tell me it was in pesos which is an absolute lie because my machine said $37000 in pesos. Don’t ever go here ever!!!! I wouldn’t give it even 1 star.

Played Texas Holdem on Thursday. $1-$2 blinds NL. Plays 10 handed. 10% of your buy in goes to a fee for the house plus Rake.

Hidden location if you’re not checked-in the hotel. Not that accessible for the public to get in. Came in on late Saturday and surprised that not much of people there. No one is playing the table game and few on the slot machines. They charged US$ 14 for a margarita drink. Foreign exchange rate US$ to Peso is low.

Two years ago this place was awesome from the performers to cleanliness and people. However, I just tried going last night and was an absolute dive, over half of the tables not even being used, carpet and tables worn out, solicitors hanging out everywhere as you walk-in. Then the craziest part as I tried to look past it and utilize the few tables that were operative to play blackjack, they wanted to charge me $60 as a "buy-in" fee just to sit at the table that I wouldn't get back or to utilize gambling LOL. Mind blowing to say the least and every single worker including management was beyond rude. So with that being the final straw for this sorry establishment I left and went to the literally brand new Casino Macao right down the road that actually has good customer service and NO "buy-in" fee to sit down as I'm already spending money at table and all of their tables are operative and doesn't look like a complete dump. Highly recommend avoiding Red Casino .

Good atmosphere. Decent selection in tables, could have more variety in Blackjack like Spanish 21. Their rules was weird for BJ the dealer didn’t check under their 10s if they had blackjack so it was a bit frustrating. The slots was okay. The lower level with the bar was too loud with the music so it was hard to hear the dealers and some of the dealers was new they didn’t know how to count. A few time they had to look at their pit boss to correct themselves. Make sure to bring pesos because their currency rate for USD sucks. Overall my friends and I had a good time.

Super long walk up from the bus stop. While I don't mind walking my husband has some health issues and it would have been convenient to not only have a sign at the end of the driveway that indicates "Red Casino Entrance" but also a shuttle from the street to the hotel's front door. Would've been totally upset if that was the wrong stop. Came specifically for the poker room on Thu. Jan 16, 2020 afternoon and was informed that it didn't open until 9p. I stayed at the Westin Resort & Spa and took a R2 bus to get there. I would have not been comfortable walking to and from the bus stop going to the casino after 9p. Additionally, I had on sandals and the walk way is on an incline and very slippery due to the sprinklers. I thought I was going slip/fall the whole way. The casino was easy to get to once inside. Proceeded to ask about the poker room to the several staff members in the front regarding availability and was only told about start time(9:00p), buy in amount($100 US), minimum guests needed to play (5 players, 2 tables max), but not a closing time. I understand that it's not 24hrs like here in the states which is fine, but my point in saying that was their English needed a little work to convey that our business was wanted and not like we were bothering them by asking questions. Visited the cage to inquire getting a player's card in which they indicated one wasn't needed for the poker room. Walked around on the first floor for 5 minutes, turned around and left. Customer service was non existant from the start and I didn't feel welcome at all. Kept all my money in my pocket.

We did not stay too long at the Red Casino. The ambiance was a little bit different. It was a mixture of things not as upscale at the other Casino it was also not as busy.
