★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente viví una experiencia penosísima en este lugar. Me quitaron mi cartera minutos antes y afortunadamente para mí llevaba 50 pesos en la bolsa. Pasé a cargar esa cantidad y una se las chicas que "atiende" llamada Paola (en teoría también la "encargada") le causó molestia y risa que yo solo cargara esa cantidad. Al final solo alcanzó para dos litros, pero mi marcador de kilómetros restantes me marcaba los mismos kilómetros antes de cargar (6KM). Me regresé a aclarar esa situación, quise hablar con el gerente y nadie de la oficina quiso salir. Lo más penoso (además de que no me pusieron nada o que no dan litros completos) es que otro despachador llamado Francisco me dijo que "con todo respeto si trabajo para Didi o Uber y no tengo para cargar mas que $50 pesos, ¿cómo podia reclamar que no me echaban completo?. Muy triste la perspectiva de este tipo, no trabajo en Uber o Didi, y si lo hiciera nl tendría nada de malo pedir $50 pesos si eso es todo lo que traigo. Ya contacté a un gerente de Atención al cliente de esta marca y espero le den seguimiento.
Unfortunately I had a very painful experience in this place. They took my wallet minutes before and fortunately for me I had 50 pesos in the bag. I started to load that amount and one of the girls who "attends" called Paola (in theory also the "manager") caused annoyance and laughter that I only carried that amount. In the end it was only enough for two liters, but my remaining kilometer marker showed me the same kilometers before loading (6KM). I went back to clarify that situation, I wanted to speak with the manager and no one from the office wanted to leave. The most painful thing (besides that they didn't put anything on me or they don't give full liters) is that another dispatcher named Francisco told me that "with all due respect if I work for Didi or Uber and I don't have more than $ 50 pesos to carry, how could I claim that they did not throw me out completely? Very sad the perspective of this guy, I do not work in Uber or Didi, and if I did, there would be nothing wrong with asking $ 50 pesos if that is all I bring. I already contacted an Attention manager to the client of this brand and I hope they will follow up.
