★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las agencias inmobiliarias no deberían de existir, les diré el por qué. Anidan a una bola de personas que no conocen si quiera el funcionamiento de las casas, solo te atienden la primera vez y se deslindan de responsabilidades, pero se quedan con el primer mes de renta, por lo que les conviene asegurar el bien al mayor precio posible, solo consideran precios por zona y no por funcionamiento, y la lista es infinita. Uno como dueño de su propiedad puede hacer sin esfuerzos el trabajo, es lo de hoy, es lo que se pondrá de moda en un futuro. No se dejen engañar por ninguna agencia inmobiliaria, no saben nada de la historia de las propiedades. Mi calificación es la misma para todas las agencias inmobiliarias, para mi son nidos de parásitos chambasuave.
 Real estate agencies shouldn't exist, I'll tell you why. They nest a group of people who do not even know how the houses work, they only attend to you the first time and disclaim responsibilities, but they keep the first month's rent, so it is convenient for them to insure the property at the highest price possible, they only consider prices by zone and not by operation, and the list is endless. As the owner of your property, you can do the work effortlessly, it is what is today, it is what will become fashionable in the future. Do not be fooled by any real estate agency, they do not know anything about the history of the properties. My rating is the same for all real estate agencies, for me they are nests of chambasuave parasites.
