Terrible service send a package from July 8, 2021 from Cancun to Chihuahua and I just received it yesterday, October 25, do not send anything recommended by this company ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio mi paquete esta en las instalaciones desde el dia 04 de agosto y aun no me lo entregan, marco al numero que tienen registrado en la pagina y siempre esta ocupado. No recomiendo realizar envios en esta paqueteria.
Very bad service, my package has been in the facilities since August 4 and they still haven't delivered it to me, I dial the number that they have registered on the page and it is always busy. I do not recommend making shipments in this package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los paquetes que me envían en redpack siempre tardan semanas de diferencia a comparación de otras paqueterías, a pesar de que el pedido se haga el mismo día. Siempre ed muy tardío. Siempre está ocupado el teléfono de Culiacán, pésimo servicio, siempre rebasan el.dia límite entrega cuando otras paqueterías te entregan incluso antes de la fecha. No mandaría nada por redpack y si pudiera escoger recibir mis paquetes por otra paquetería lo hiciera con ojos cerrados.
The packages that are sent to me in redpack always take weeks of difference compared to other packages, despite the fact that the order is made the same day. Always ed very late. Culiacán's phone is always busy, terrible service, they always exceed the delivery deadline when other parcels deliver even before the date. I would not send anything by redpack and if I could choose to receive my packages through another parcel I would do so with eyes closed.

Solo que el lugar es un poco pequeño solo uno puede estar dentro con esto del covid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio.. tengo mucho tiempo esperando mi paquete llegó el 11/Dic/2021 a la sucursal y aun no lo entregan. Llamo a los numeros que aparecen en la pagina de redpack de sucursales y no respoonden en ninguna. Para saber a cual sucursal ir ya que en la cuidad hay 3 y todas estan en puntos muy lejanos una de otras y de donde vivo , llamo para no perder tiempo en ir a bucarlo sucursal por sucursal
