★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre tienen material atrasadisimo. Es la peor paqueteria de Chilpancingo. Te llevan tu pedido a domicilio ya que se acerca la fecha limite de vencimiento. Vas y las chicas tienen una cara de odiar su trabajo. Y esta hiper difícil estacionarse cerca de su establecimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eficiente la información sobre un paquete que urgía que llegara. Buena hubicacion. La imagen del lugar no era la óptima. No tenían buena iluminación y no se miraba limpio. Por lo demás está bien.
Efficient information on a package that was urgent for it to arrive. Good location. The image of the place was not optimal. They didn't have good lighting and it didn't look clean. Otherwise it is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no responden las llamadas telefónicas, jamas entregan a tiempo los paquetes a domicilio y te obligan a ir por ellos a la sucursal.
Terrible service, they do not answer phone calls, they never deliver home packages on time and force you to go to the branch for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentiroso el repartidor de mensajería. Según dice que paso y llamo al número y no fue cierto. Y que según no encontró la dirección. Yo creo se la pasa dando visitas a sus amistades. Y mal servicio parece que están molestos trabajando . Parece de burocracia su servicio. Le doy menos 1 estrella. No sé a quién más le pasó algo así. Pero ni correos de México son tan malos en servicio y entregas. Ellos se entregan más a su trabajo.

And bad service seems like they are annoyed at work. Their service seems bureaucratic. I give it minus 1 star. I don't know who else something like this happened to. But neither post office from Mexico is that bad in service and delivery. They are more dedicated to their work.
