 They open after the appointed time and on top of that they question why and the employee's companion (boyfriend) says that nothing happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil encontrar una sucursal abierta para dejar tus paquetes. Es nefasto tener que estar manejando por toda la ciudad buscando sucursal abierta porque todas están cerradas, no contestan sus teléfonos y no tienen servicio de recolección.
Difficult to find an open branch to drop off your packages. It is disastrous to have to be driving all over the city looking for an open branch because they are all closed, they do not answer their phones and they do not have collection service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy justo afuera (a las 11:15 ) con el letrero de “abierto” y no hay nadie. Acabo de marcar y nadie contesta. Pésimo servicio en esta sucursal.
I'm right outside (11:15) with the “open” sign and no one is there. I just dialed and no one answers. Terrible service at this branch.

Al parecer ya todas las sucursales están laborando normalmente después de pandemia.
Redpack ojo con tu personal y calidad de atención!
In any branch of redpack that you call by phone they never answer.
Apparently all the branches are already working normally after the pandemic.
