★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen con ellos un paquete desde hace días y salieron con que tenían problemas con la entrega o no contestaba el teléfono. Jamás marcaron, al contrario, les marqué 20 veces literal y no contestan, ahora tengo que ir hasta León por mi paquete porque no sé qué sucede, la dirección es correcta y con las referencias imperdible, nunca he tenido problema con otras compañías hasta ahora que me enviaron mi paquete aquí. Mínimo respondan para saber a dónde ir exactamente por el paquete.
 They have had a package with them for days and they came out with having problems with the delivery or did not answer the phone. They never dialed, on the contrary, I dialed them literally 20 times and they do not answer, now I have to go to León for my package because I do not know what happens, the address is correct and with the unmissable references, I have never had a problem with other companies until now that they sent my package here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pierdan su tiempo y dinero. Tardan muchos días en entregar (si te entregan), nadie contesta el teléfono. Disque van a tu vas a entregarlo pero “no estás” entonces nunca te lo entregan y tienes que andar en las sucursales de la ciudad buscándolo. Y cuando lo recoges, encima el paquete maltratado y tal vez hasta se rompió lo de adentro.
Don't waste your time and money. They take many days to deliver (if they deliver to you), no one answers the phone. Dial they go to you, you are going to deliver it but "you're not here" so they never deliver it to you and you have to go around the city branches looking for it. And when you pick it up, the battered package is on top and maybe even the inside broke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llego 13:20 y cerrado, cuando ahí dice que cierran a las 14:30. Para colmo marcas y nunca contestan. De por si la locación no ayuda, por lo menos la atención al cliente debería estar mejor
I arrive at 1:20 p.m. and it's closed, when it says they close at 2:30 p.m. To make matters worse brands and never answer. In case the location does not help, at least the customer service should be better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esta horrible este servicio, llevo marcando un buen rato y nunca CONTESTAN segun dice qwue mi direccion esta incompleta y pues no es la primera vez me envian, no recomiendo esta teria, es super chafa y horrible servicio, todavia tienen con mi paquete desde el 27 de enero y nada que me llega.
