★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robaron mi paquete internacional: el seguimento dice que lo entregaron a las 9:30 p.m. y pusieron mi nombre escrito con una letra totalmente diferente a la mia, no me llamaron, el mensajero ni siquiera pidio una identificación, o simplemente se lo llevo el, y lo peor es que redpack no da respuesta por ningun medio.
My international package was stolen: the tracking says it was delivered at 9:30 p.m. and they put my name written in a letter totally different from mine, they did not call me, the messenger did not even ask for an identification, or simply took it away from him, and the worst thing is that redpack does not respond by any means.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tenido muchas malas experiencias con está paquetería siempre se quedan con algo y dicen que fue aduana y si fuera cierto quisiera que de mínimo me mandaran una hoja o un correo en dónde dice que aduana se queda con parte de mi paquetería.
I have had many bad experiences with this parcel, they always keep something and say that it was customs and if it were true, I would like at least to send me a sheet or an email where it says that customs keeps part of my parcel.
