★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son pequeñas las sucursales pero el personal es amable; tengo un problema de un paquete perdido y se han comunicado conmigo para darme alternativas y están al pendiente. La dependienta de otra sucursal no muy amable al principio, espero se resuelva mi problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la encargada de mostrador es una persona altanera e irrespetuosa, de la nada grita y todo el tiempo pone malas caras a las personas, pensando que les está haciendo casi un favor de antenderte, espero no tener que volver a recoger pedidos en esta packeteria.
Terrible service, the counter manager is an arrogant and disrespectful person, she screams out of nowhere and makes bad faces at people all the time, thinking that she is almost doing them a favor by serving you, I hope I don't have to pick up orders again in this packet shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora QUE ATIENDE ES MUY MALA , regularmente asisto a dejar paquetes y cuando los termina de escanear los avienta y los patea.
Pésimo servicio no abre a su hora correspondiente , me cae mal por que siempre que asisto me pone mala cara y cuando hay muchachos o señores es muy amable con ellos.

The lady WHO ATTENDS IS VERY BAD, I regularly go to leave packages and when she finishes scanning them she throws them and kicks them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la encargada de Chiautempan, es una grosera, déspota y nada amable con las personas que van a entregar paquetes. No sé porque Redpack no toma cartas en el asunto, ya son muchas las opiniones en este sentido. Además de que no respeta su horario de apertura, abre a la hora que quiere. Se ve que la señora odia su trabajo. Uno que culpa tiene que esté peleada con la vida. Pero un día va a agarrar en sus 5 minutos a algún/a cliente/a qué no se va a aguantar y le van a dar su ching@, su arrastrada y su desgreñada ahí mismo en su local. Porque eso es lo que está buscando “su de malas”.
Terrible attention from the person in charge of Chiautempan, she is rude, despotic and not kind to the people who are going to deliver packages. I do not know why Redpack does not take action on the matter, there are already many opinions in this regard. In addition to not respecting his opening hours, he opens at the time he wants. It is seen that the lady hates her job. One whose fault is that he is fighting with life.
