Hice un pedido y REDPACK fue la empresa encargada en hacerme llegar mi paquete, tuve una atención pésima, la persona fue muy grosero y las dos veces que me llamó sus expresiones eran de queja como si fuera mi culpa que no supiera la ubicación, no me queje y lo oriente al dar con el.lugar no se bajó para entregarlo y me llamo para que fuera yo por el, algo imposible porque no estoy en el lugar de la entrega y se molestó y solo me dijo que si se lo entregaba a otra persona u otro lugar no era su culpa si no la mía por no ir a donde el se estacionó y colgó. Ahora no sé si dejo o no mi paquete, hasta que esté de regreso. Terrible service for which he delivers.
