★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No piden identificación cuando entregan el paquete y lo andan dejando con los vecinos por tal de no dar otra vuelta y no se cercioran de que el vecino sea de confianza. No deben de dejar el paquete si no sale en el domicilio del paquete un pariente directo que entregue credencial para identificarse. Y aparte nunca contestan el telefono.
 They do not ask for identification when they deliver the package and they leave it with the neighbors so as not to take another turn and they do not make sure that the neighbor is trustworthy. They should not leave the package if a direct relative does not go out to the address of the package to deliver a credential to identify themselves. And besides they never answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No llega el paquete, no me aparece nada del paquete en el rastreo, no tiene status, no contestan el teléfono nunca en mi oficina local, de red pack, y en el 800 de atención al clientes siempre esta ocupado. :(
The package does not arrive, nothing of the package appears in the tracking, it has no status, they never answer the phone in my local office, red pack, and the 800 customer service is always busy. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. No contestan el teléfono en todo el día para poder pedir informes sobre los envíos. Llegas a la sucursal y te dicen que el envío tiene 2 días de retraso con el simple pretexto de que cambió de mostrador y no solucionan tu problema.
Very bad service. They do not answer the phone all day to be able to request reports on shipments. You arrive at the branch and they tell you that the shipment is 2 days late with the simple pretext that it changed the counter and they do not solve your problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo y asqueroso servicio, esto se llama robo aquí y en China... Según mi paquete fue entregado el jueves 29 abril por la noche y a mi personalmente, cosa que es totalmente falso porque no es mi firma y ni mi letra, espero que mi paquete aparezca...
Solo doy una estrella, para poder publicar ???
Terrible and disgusting service, this is called theft here and in China... According to my package it was delivered on Thursday, April 29 at night and to me personally, which is totally false because it is not my signature or my handwriting, I hope my package appears...
