★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble , ya van casi dos meses desde que la terminal no esta en funcionamiento e hice un reporte , ningún técnico a acudido a mi negocio para reparación ; debido al dichoso código de error 93, tengo crédito en el equipo y no puedo hacer ninguna operación , además de que me están cobrando la comisión diaria de 3 pesos. En servicio al cliente no me dan ninguna solución eficiente, solo me dicen que ya enviaron el reporte; y que el técnico debería acudir en cualquier momento.
Pésimo servicio y calidad . No contraten este servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Mas de 3 semanas sin poder cambiar datos básicos que solicité cambiar. Además mandaron una "encuesta" donde segun darían una tarjeta de amazon por contestar y hasta la fecha no la han mandado. Esto me suena a estafa y tendrá que ser reportado como estafa. Pesimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy tardado hacer aclaraciones, seguido tiene fallas como falta de señal, hoy tuve el problema de poner una recarga en una equivocada compañía y generalmente no se envía pero el día de ayer si, pero no me hicieron reembolso, tiene cuotas elevadas y cobro de renta!!! Y además te cobran comisiones por usar la terminal para cobrar con tarjeta de débito y crédito (3.5%) y de vales (6 o 7%) antes funcionaba muy bien, hoy han elevado mucho las tarifas y cada día se hacen mas patos para la atención a clientes y resolver los problemas

LA Vendedora no menciono que no sirve con teléfono hawei
Aparte la app cobra carísimo por hacer recargas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad que por mucho la peor aplicacion y servicio de cobro de tarjetas que existe. no te entregan tickets ni digitales, la atencion al cliente es pesima, no resuelven tus dudas,. te cuelgan al llamar para alguna aclaracion (eso si entra la llamada) cuando te contestan pura gente despota o inutil para ayudar. haganse un favor y olviden esta empresa como posibilidad de mejora para su empresa.
Truly, by far the worst application and card collection service that exists. They do not give you tickets or digitals, customer service is terrible, they do not solve your doubts. They hang up on you when you call for clarification (that is, if the call comes in) when pure despot or useless people answer you to help. Do yourself a favor and forget about this company as a possibility for improvement for your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comisión te la roban te dicen que te dan el 5 % pero la realidad te dan el 1 % y te cobran 12 pesos por recargar con los vendedores de Bimbo (si están de humor) para ponerlas en general no obtienes ganancias solo problemas si pueden eviten las recargas
