★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera dar menos estrellas lo haria, mal atencion a cliente, su disque numero de atencion a clientes ni sirve y solo se la pasa repitiendo el mismo mensaje diciendo su horario de atencion (que segun es de 8am a 6pm) pero no imprta a que hora marques sigue repitiendo eso. haces compras y nunca te llegan tus codigos o folios. empresa fraudulenta, lo bueno que ya meti queja ante profeco
If I could give less stars I would do it, bad customer service, your customer service dial number does not work and only keeps repeating the same message saying your service hours (which according to it is from 8am to 6pm) but it does not matter to what hour marques keeps repeating that. you make purchases and your codes or folios never arrive. fraudulent company, the good thing that I already filed a complaint with Propheco
