★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan, atienden de mala gana y ahora,aparte, no abren los sábados...Sugiero buscar otras compañías de mensajería, por que esta definitivamente ya no más...
Terrible service, they never answer, they answer reluctantly and now, apart from that, they don't open on Saturdays... I suggest looking for other courier companies, because this one is definitely no more...

No puedo decir mas que esto pues no tuve la oportunidad de enviar algo por su paqueteria miau :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El único día que puedo ir por mis paquetes y esta cerrado los sábados.
Mis paquetes llegan muy maltratados y retrasados.No hay buena atención y el teléfono que tienen registrado no sirve por que siempre suena ocupado.Se ponen super exigentes en peso y medidas, no perdonan ni un centímetro y lo que no te cobran de peso te lo cobran en volumen.
The only day I can go for my packages and it is closed on Saturdays.
My packages arrive very battered and late. There is not good service and the telephone number they have registered is useless because it always rings busy. They charge in volume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar se encuentra en la esquina interior de los locales de la gasolinera.
No cuenta con un letrero grande que lo identifique, solo un pequeño rótulo en la puerta.
La oficina está muy descuidada, le hace falta branding, señalamientos, empaques, mobiliario, iluminación, sin aire acondicionado para la gente que trabaja ahí.
--> Cumple perfectamente su función de recibir paquetes.
El horario es cortado, salen a comer de 2 a 3 pm :S checa bien la hora antes de ir para no esperar.
El camión pasa entre 4-4:30 pm por los paquetes, si quieres que se vaya ese mismo día tendrás que ir a esta oficina antes de las 4pm.
Sí no tienen el formato de ciudades fronterizas (que es una simple hoja impresa, sin sellos ni acabados especiales), no hacen nada por solucionarlo, (no lo imprimen y no te dan una fecha en la que contarán con ella) prefieren mandarte de regreso a que pidas una recolección que tarda de 3 a 4 días hábiles en pasar al domicilio.
La atención en este lugar es desepcionante.
The place is located in the inner corner of the gas station premises.
It does not have a large sign identifying it, just a small sign on the door.
The office is very neglected, it lacks branding, signs, packaging, furniture, lighting, without air conditioning for the people who work there.
--> It perfectly fulfills its function of receiving packages.
The schedule is short, they go out to eat from 2 to 3 pm: S check the time well before going so as not to wait.
The truck passes between 4-4:30 pm for the packages, if you want it to leave that same day you will have to go to this office before 4 pm.
If they do not have the format of border cities (which is a simple printed sheet, without stamps or special finishes), they do nothing to solve it, (they do not print it and they do not give you a date when they will have it) they prefer to send you back to request a collection that takes 3 to 4 business days to go to the address.
The attention in this place is disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se cambiaron en los locales de la gosolinera de Pemex, en el Google maps todavía no lo actualizan, está ubicado en el local de color amarillo, actualmente es blanco y no cuenta con letrero. Aún no tiene aire acondicionado?️y últimamente ya no les está llegando insumos de embalaje. Tienen muy abandonados sus locales.
They were changed in the premises of the Pemex gas station, in Google maps they still do not update it, it is located in the yellow place, currently it is white and does not have a sign. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención rápida, en ocasiones haya descuento y asi que el envío expréss aveces sale más económico que el estándar, la oficina se encuentra en la plaza a un costado de la gasolinera.
