★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas con construcción muy amplia, hermosas y bien planeadas. Posibilidad de crecerlas a tres pisos sin muchas modificaciones. No me gustó que tienes que pasar dos casetas de vigilancia, además en ambas te hacen las mismas preguntas y no son rápidos. Soy visitante, no residente.
 Houses with very wide construction, beautiful and well planned. Possibility of growing them to three floors without many modifications. I did not like that you have to pass two surveillance booths, also they ask you the same questions and they are not fast. I am a visitor, not a resident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualmente vivo en Cumbres la Rioja, muy bonitas las casas, muy bonitos diseños PERO la entrega pésima con muchos defectos y detalles y, SI, claro que los arreglaron. POR Pésimo servicio y defectos al entregar la casa por parte del personal por eso solo le doy una estrella, pero si se van al diseño y lo bonito ahi si estoy de acuerdo que esta muy bien. y se los digo que vivo y compre casa en ese fraccionamiento.
Currently I live in Cumbres la Rioja, the houses are very beautiful, very beautiful designs BUT the lousy delivery with many defects and details and, YES, of course they fixed them. POR Terrible service and defects when handing over the house by the staff, that's why I only give it a star, but if they go to the design and the beauty there, I agree that it is very good. And I tell you that I live and buy a house in that neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis padres hace poco compraron un inmueble en la comunidad. A ser sincero quedamos encantados al principio por cómo se veía, somos de los típicos “No me convence” cuando tratábamos de buscar otras colonias para conseguir casa propia, y aún así esta logró convencernos por sus 3 pisos de construcción hermosa. En lo personal la calidad dejo un poco que desear, gracias a que con el tiempo se fueron dando problemas con la casa, entre ellos defectos que muchos dejarían pasar, pero otros les darían mucha importancia, como grietas o no tener un buen impermeable. Se logró resolver todo en cierto tiempo, y ahora queda claro que es un ambiente muy bueno para vivir, con junta de mejoras, comunidad segura y parques lindos.
My parents recently bought a property in the community. To be honest we were delighted at first by how it looked, we are the typical "It doesn't convince me" when we tried to look for other neighborhoods to get our own house, and even so this one managed to convince us by its 3 floors of beautiful construction. Personally, the quality left a little to be desired, thanks to the fact that over time problems with the house were given, among them defects that many would miss, but others would give them a lot of importance, such as cracks or not having a good raincoat. Everything was resolved in some time, and now it is clear that it is a very good environment to live in, with an improvement board, a safe community and beautiful parks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablando de la ferretería está muy bien y muy surtida, pero siempre que voy hay 2 chavos entre 20 a 25 que te atienden con su cara de enojados y con ganas de no vender. Como si te estuvieran regalando las cosas y haciéndote un favor. No te ayudan para nada cuando tienes dudas y sin ganas de vender. Si yo fuera el dueño ya los hubiera corrido desde hace rato.
Speaking of the hardware store, it is very good and well stocked, but whenever I go there are 2 guys between 20 and 25 who serve you with their angry faces and wanting not to sell. As if they were giving you things and doing you a favor. They do not help you at all when you have doubts and do not want to sell. If I were the owner I would have run them long ago.
