Uno de los técnicos que mayor agrado tuve fue con uno de lentes el me asesoraba o mejor dicho aclaraba mis dudas es mas me aconsejaba en mi servicio . Pongo este comentario ya que no se toman con profesionalismo su trabajo y también por que quien sabe que pasa internamente en su empresa teda muchas largas cuando tienes un fallo el técnico que sigue a un es muy grosero es mas me gustaría que regresaran los nuevos o viejos empleados que eran mas amables y corteses en su oficio espero tomen en cuenta esto ustedes como empresa Bad service from customer service and some of its employees, not to mention that they recently ran to some employees that were worthwhile in what they were doing. One of the technicians that I liked the most was with one of the lenses he advised me or rather clarified my doubts is more advised in my service. I put this comment because they do not take their work with professionalism and also because who knows what happens internally in your company teda many long when you have a failure the technician who follows a is very rude is more I would like the new or old to return employees who were more friendly and courteous in their trade I hope you take this into account as a company

Tenía Telmex y tardaban más de 15 días en revisar un fallo, aquí en Redes vienen el mismo día o el día siguiente a más tardar. Excelente servicio.
