★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una porquería no se hacen responsables por dañar los paquetes. No tienen idea de cómo dar un servicio. Te aseguran el paquete y cuando lo dañan te dicen que no aplica, no usen está paquetería. No dan respuesta a tu problema y te entregan dañado el paquete sin resarcir el valor afectado. Y para terminar, tú eres el responsable de que su gente no tenga la capacidad de maniobrar los paquetes aún que ese es su trabajo y para recolectar un paquete de 69 Kg te mandan a un operador y tú tienes que ayudarle. El gerente es un inútil.
It's crap they are not responsible for damaging the packages. They have no idea how to provide a service. They insure the package and when they damage it they tell you that it does not apply, do not use this package. They do not give an answer to your problem and they deliver the package damaged without compensating the value affected. And finally, you are responsible for the fact that your people do not have the ability to handle the packages even though that is their job and to collect a 69 kg package they send you an operator and you have to help him. The manager is useless.
