Le dije que de igual manera era mucho tiempo y nuevamente su contestación fue "pues es culpa de la cocina" no volvemos. La comida es buena pero si el servicio es malo se se acaba el encanto
Terrible service. 35 min to bring the tickets. When asking the waitress with "is that they are fried". I told him that in the same way it was a long time and again his answer was "it is the fault of the kitchen" we do not return. The food is good but if the service is bad the charm ends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar de guanajuato para comer sushi, pedimos 2 platillos calientes y 2 ordenes de sushi y los platillos calientes solo los metieron al microondas y los sushis nos los sirvieron en platos de unicel con tenedores de plastico y aparte las salsas estaban en contenedores de plastico y para el refresco que pedimos no nos dieron ni un vaso, la verdad muy mal servicio y jamas lo recomendaria. Lo siento mucho por la ubicacion que tienen pero se aprovechan del turismo
The worst place in Guanajuato to eat sushi, we ordered 2 hot dishes and 2 orders of sushi and the hot dishes were only put in the microwave and the sushis were served in Styrofoam plates with plastic forks and apart the sauces were in plastic containers and for the soda we ordered they didn't even give us a glass, the truth is very bad service and I would never recommend it. I'm very sorry for the location they have but they take advantage of tourism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First we ordered some sushi and a soup. The soup was supposed to come with rice noodles and tofu. It took 15 minutes for the soup to arrive. It came in a big bowl but there was barely any noodles. I finished it with one spoonful. There were 3 little cubes of tofu only. We waited another 15 minutes but the sushi didn't arrive. We were gonna just pay for the soup but they charged us for the sushi that never came. We found out they gave our food to another person. Thankfully they only charged us for the soup. The service was not the great.
