NO RECOMIENDO ESTE TALLER, explico el porqué: Mi Vehículo fue asignado a este taller por parte de la aseguradora ya que tuvo un percance del lado izquierdo de la llanta delantera, se tardaron en la entrega 2 meses, a los 3 días de salir del taller se le boto la palanca que mueve los cambios en la caja de velocidades y se quedó en segunda, no pusieron bien un seguro, cabe mencionar que en el taller le cambiaron la caja de velocidades, suspensión entre otras cosas, a los 15 días de la nada inicio un ruido en la llanta donde fue el golpe y la tuerca del centro de la masa estaba totalmente floja, de milagro no se salió la llanta provocando un accidente falta. Se supone que habían cambiado piezas nuevas y la tuerca era usada. El jefe del taller solo indica que cualquier anomalía tiene 3 meses de garantía y que lo reporte para que lo reparen, mi mayor molestia es que en ningún momento aceptan que su trabajo es excesivamente deficiente y pésimo y ni siquiera tuvieron la amabilidad de una disculpa por todos los inconvenientes que me ha generado su mal trabajo. Adicional mente esta pendiente que me suministren piezas plásticas que se quebraron y que no le pudieron cambiar durante los 2 meses que lo tuvieron en su taller, ya que en la entrega me percate que no las cambiaron, a mi parecer no tenían la intensión de cambiarlas solo fue porque me di cuenta, me comentaron que me las van a suministrar posteriormente. Si es que me las entregan lo comentare. Espero sirva esta reseña de mi caso, para que mejoren su servicio y que la gente revise sus unidades en la entrega de forma minuciosa.

The head of the workshop only indicates that any anomaly has a 3-month warranty and that he report it for repair, my biggest annoyance is that at no time do they accept that their work is excessively poor and lousy and they did not even have the kindness of an apology for all the inconveniences that his bad work has caused me. In addition, it is pending that they supply me with plastic parts that were broken and that they could not change during the 2 months that they had it in their workshop, since in the delivery I realized that they did not change them, in my opinion they did not have the intention of changing them. It was only because I realized, they told me that they will supply them to me later. If they give them to me, I will comment on it. I hope this review of my case will serve, so that they improve their service and that people review their units in the delivery thoroughly.

Llevo rogándoles casi casi que me vean y reparen mi coche como un mes, así que ya me di por vencido, pues no me quieren trabajar, buscaré otra opción que sí me quiera trabajar.

No pongo menos estrellas por que no se puede, realmente tuve una muy mala experiencia con la reparación del coche, perdieron las llaves originales junto con el control remoto, dañaron un faro delantero y quitaron los focos, después para colocar las piezas faltantes fue un martirio, me trajeron vueltas y vueltas, al final lo que tuve que hacer es comprar el control remoto por mi cuenta (me reembolsaron), jamás vuelvo a regresar a este taller, si dejan su coche, dejen todo por escrito, fotografías si pueden mucho mejor, no dejen la llave original, buena suerte.
