Me atendieron super rápido. Bastante amable la señorita del mostrador, excelente servicio. En general EXCELENTE. Y sólo 4 estrellas, aunque sé que no es responsabilidad de Redpck, por el tema de la falta de mantenimiento al estacionamiento de la plaza....
They attended me super fast. Pretty friendly lady at the counter, excellent service. Overall EXCELLENT. And only 4 stars, although I know that it is not Redpck's responsibility, due to the lack of maintenance to the parking lot in the plaza ....

He visto muchos mensajes negativos, hay que ser empáticos y ser educados. Hay que diferenciar entre punto de venta (que ahí solo están los ocurres y recoleción) y el almacén (todo lo que va a domicilio) no solo se trata de decir es que nunca contentan el teléfono que es peor que te contesten y te dejen en la línea un buen rato hasta que terminen de atender a los clientes que están en la sucursal o insistir en el teléfono hasta lograr que te contesten?? voy por mi paquete y no me lo entregan (entregas a domicilio), quiero razón de mi paquete porque lleva muchos días y no me entregan, entregaron mal mi paquete (seamos conscientes la chica que está ahí solo es punto de venta, ella no va y entrega los paquetes, ella no está en almacén y creen que por el simple echo de que ella está en sucursal lo sabe todo). Si es es una empleado la que está ahí tenemos que ser pacientes y ponernos en el lugar de las personas, no solo se trata de exigir y echerle la culpa a la chica que atiende. En mi punto de vista si tanto les urge un paquete vayan directamente al almacén o en Google busquen el número y comuníquense directamente con ellos. No por el simple echo de ser clientes se tiene derecho a tratar mal a la gente, a juzgar sin saber el porqué no se abrió la sucursal, el porqué no pudo tomar la llamada. Seamos empáticos para marcar la diferencia y siempre pongámonos en el lugar de las personas.

I go for my package and they do not deliver it to me (home deliveries), I want a reason for my package because it takes many days and they do not deliver, they delivered my package wrong (let's be aware the girl who is there is only a point of sale, she does not go and delivers the packages, she is not in the warehouse and they believe that by the simple fact that she is in the branch she knows everything). If it is an employee who is there, we have to be patient and put ourselves in people's shoes, it is not only about demanding and blaming the girl who attends. In my point of view, if a package is so urgent, go directly to the warehouse or Google the number and contact them directly. Not for the simple fact of being clients do you have the right to treat people badly, judging without knowing why the branch was not opened, why they could not take the call. Let's be empathetic to make a difference and always put ourselves in people's shoes.

Al menos por mi experiencia me pareció bueno el servicio, mis paquetes llegan rapidísimo, más que con cualquier otra paquetería. Me han llegado 6 paquetes por parte de esta paquetería y siempre ha sido buen servicio. A excepción de una vez que sí "perdieron" mi paquete y según la guía alguien más lo había recibido, al parecer es algo que está paquetería suele hacer muy seguido, y no, no dan solución. Para mi fortuna esa vez la empresa en la que compré el producto me pudo reembolsar lo que Respack perdió. Así que siento que sus entregas son rápidas pero también corres el riesgo a que te pierdan tus paquetes.
At least from my experience the service seemed good to me, my packages arrive very fast, more than with any other parcel. I have received 6 packages from this parcel and it has always been good service. With the exception of one time that they did "lose" my package and according to the guide someone else had received it, apparently it is something that this package usually does very often, and no, they do not provide a solution. Luckily for me that time, the company I bought the product from was able to refund what Respack lost. So I feel that their deliveries are fast but you also run the risk of losing your packages.

Reportaron la entrega de un paquete que NUNCA LLEGÓ, hasta tomaron la foto en la Guía de rastreo de que supuestamente ya lo habían entregado y no es verdad y en sus núm no resplmden, levante un reporte y tardan de 24 a 48 hrs en responder
They reported the delivery of a package that NEVER ARRIVED, they even took a photo in the Tracking Guide that supposedly they had already delivered it and it is not true and their numbers do not respond, I made a report and they take 24 to 48 hours to respond

No se los recomiendo,que el señor y el chavo que están parece que tienen flojera o que les estas pidiendo el. Servicio regalado, no siquiera revisan tu faya solo desde su sillón te dice no no tiene que comprar y ya es todo no se los recomiebdo
I do not recommend them, that the man and the guy who are there seem to be lazy or that you are asking them for it. Free service, they don't even check your faya only from their chair they tell you no they don't have to buy and that's all I don't recommend them
