★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porquería de paquetería, me han hecho un envío el día 26 de febrero, llegó a bodega de poza rica el día 1 y hoy es 7 de marzo y según vienen a casa y no entregan y llamo y no solucionan nada, creo Profeco si pondrá atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué después de las 2 de la tarde un lunes para hacer un envío, cuando me dijeron que la oficina estaba cerrada hasta las 3, así que regresé a las 3 y me salen con que ya iban a cerrar que volvían abrir hasta la siguiente semana, me quedé un rato más para hablar directamente a Red pack y reportar las malas prácticas de la oficina a lo cual sí me tomaron mi queja y prometen darle seguimiento. Estuve unos 15 min más y en ese tiempo llegaron dos personas a los cuales les recibieron sin problemas. Espero sirva de algo mi reporte.
I arrived after 2 in the afternoon on a Monday to make a shipment, when they told me that the office was closed until 3, so I came back at 3 and they told me that they were going to close that they would reopen until the following week, I stayed a while longer to speak directly to the Red Pack and report the bad practices of the office, which they did take my complaint to and they promise to follow up. I stayed about 15 minutes more and in that time two people arrived and were received without problems. I hope my report is of some use.

Tarda demasiado tiempo en llegar la paqueteria, el número que muestra para servicio al cliente no contestan, la estación de poza rica no funciona para recoger pedidos y ahí no te pueden dar informes de tu paquete. Entonces uno no sabe donde está el pedido ya que muchas veces en la página no actualizan el estatus
Minus - 10 stars. Terrible service!! It takes too long for the package to arrive, the number it shows for customer service is not answered, the Poza Rica station does not work to pick up orders and there they cannot give you reports of your package. So one does not know where the order is since many times the status is not updated on the page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Se supone que mi paquete es gratis ya que pago un precio por el cual me marca que no me cobraran extra. Y la persona que me deja el paquete me COBRA y afuerza me espera afuera de mi domicilio. Me dice que se les tiene que pagar para su "Refresco" y no se me hace justo la verdad. ¿Cómo podría cambiar de paqueteria? Ya que donde hago mis pedidos me manda está paqueteria y no quiero.
Aparte también me habla lo de unas 3 o 4 horas antes por ejemplo me habla a las 16:00 que según ya va a dejarme mi pedido y yo lo espero toda la tarde para que al final llegue a las 19:30 más o menos. Muy tarde
