They don't deliver the package to me because they claim that the address provided is insufficient and they don't know where the address is... I'm their neighbor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cierran sus sucursales cuando quieren y en el horario que quiere y lo peor es que por lo que cobran sale mejor fedex, DHL o cualquier otra paquetería.
Terrible service, they close their branches when they want and at the time they want and the worst thing is that what they charge is better fedex, DHL or any other package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, fui hoy 08 de abril del 2022 a las 6:30 ,se supone que cierran a las 7, tenía un letrero de que regresaban en 15 min, pero los locatarios de a lado dicen que desde las 5 se fue la persona, por que ponen un horario que no van a cumplir
Terrible, I went today April 08, 2022 at 6:30, they are supposed to close at 7, it had a sign that they would return in 15 minutes, but the tenants next door say that the person left at 5, for who set a schedule that they will not meet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca puedes estar seguro en los horarios de atención, llegas y hay letrero que dice "vuelvo en 15 minutos" y puedes estar esperando media hora y no llegan, hasta parece que lo hacen para "matar tarde"...
You can never be sure about business hours, you arrive and there is a sign that says "I'll be back in 15 minutes" and you can be waiting half an hour and they don't come, it even seems that they do it to "kill late"...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación de la oficina es bastante conveniente sobre Bernardo Quintana sin problemas estacionamiento.
La logística de envío es buena ya que no demoras en poner paquetes al ser una empresa que no tiene tanta carga de trabajo.
Los precios son convenientes y para algunos paquetes conviene utilizar esta paquetería en vez de otras más comerciales.
La atención de la encargada es bastante completa y amable.
No le pongo 5 estrellas porque en mi última envío el documento que envié no lo enviaron en un sobre de papel sino en un sobre de plástico sencillo lo que causó que se arrugara. Adicionalmente pedí lo enviarán a otra sucursal y me dijeron que no existía enviandolo a una que quedaba más lejos de mí destinatario.
The office location is quite convenient over Bernardo Quintana with no parking problems.
The shipping logistics is good since you do not delay in putting packages to be a company that does not have so much workload.
The prices are convenient and for some packages it is convenient to use this package instead of other more commercial ones.
The care of the manager is quite complete and friendly.
I don't give it 5 stars because in my last shipment the document I sent was not sent in a paper envelope but in a plain plastic envelope which caused it to wrinkle. Additionally, I asked to send it to another branch and they told me that it did not exist by sending it to one that was further from my recipient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizó está paquetería porque me a.servido pero esta sucursal no tiene gerencia van varias veces que vengo y tiene ese letrero de vilevo en 15 minutos nunca llegan no se si llegué asta después de su hora de comer de ser así tomando en cuenta que llegado aprox a las 1 se está tomando 2 o tres horas de descanso una ves a la semana micha gente está esperando.conmigo y muchos se.van incluyendome nunca e revisado si el señor si regresa pero la verdad que mal.servicio entiendo que el muchacho trabaja todo el día pero también es tu trabajo y no lo ase bien tiene un horario que.cumplir y si no hay un supervisor ni forma de.reportar seguirá así y cada que quiere salir ara lo suyo crei que sería solo una vez pero esta es la tercera vez que me sucede y increíblemente veo mas comentarios con lo mismo y de una semana atrás debe de aver agarrado ya la maña y lo ase muy seguido reporten a respack directamente

Han tenido algunos problemas Con los horarios ya que en alguna ocasión fui y estaba cerrado, no había ningún anuncio de que volverían pronto, pero eso ya pasó hace algunos meses atrás.
En esta ocasión encontré abierto, mi paquete no estaba ahí pero la persona encargada me atendio muy amable y me informo donde lo podía recoger.
It has a very good location.
