★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal del lugar muy atento y servicial. La empresa en sí. Presenta problemas para entregar paquetes en el estado de México y Norte del país. Además ofrecen guías para el día siguiente y el paquete practicamente llega 3 a 5 días después. Pésimo servicio.
The staff of the place very attentive and helpful. The company itself. It has problems to deliver packages in the state of Mexico and the north of the country. They also offer guides for the next day and the package almost arrives 3 to 5 days later. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio llevo más de un mes esperando un paquete y reportan que vienen a mi domicilio y que no hay nadie cuando mi casa nunca se queda sola . Luego que no encontraban la dirección. Un vecino me dijo que el camión solo llega a la entrada principal de la colonia se estacionan un rato y se van nunca bajan a buscar la dirección. Regresaron mi paquete y nunca me dieron solución a mi reporte de no haber entrado
Terrible service I have been waiting for a package for more than a month and they report that they come to my home and that there is no one when my house is never alone. Then they couldn't find the address. A neighbor told me that the truck only reaches the main entrance of the neighborhood, they park for a while and never leave to look for the address. They returned my package and they never gave me a solution to my report of not having entered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo no contestan desde la mañana k iniciaron su servicio, e estado intentando comunicarme con ellos y no contestan, según m llevaron un paquete y nunca llegaron ya k mi esposo estuvo todo el día en la cochera. Realizar una compra en línea y mi vendedor utilizo está paquetería pero de verdad yo no la recomiendo para nada.
Terrible they do not answer since the morning they started their service, and I have been trying to communicate with them and they do not answer, according to what they brought me a package and they never arrived since my husband was in the garage all day. Make a purchase online and my seller uses this package but I really do not recommend it at all.
