★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularmente me llegan varios pedidos de Shein y jamás había tenido problemas con ningún repartidor, todo me ha llegado en tiempo y forma o antes de lo que me menciona la app y si no me llegase a encontrar me marcan y me dicen que al día siguiente pasan, excepto por ese repartidor que fue super grosero y quería que yo fuera a recoger la paquetería y que buscara la dirección en internet, ojalá ya no me llegue ningún paquete con ustedes.
 I regularly receive several orders from Shein and I have never had problems with any delivery person, everything has come to me in a timely manner or before what the app mentions and if they do not find me they mark me and tell me that the next day they pass , except for that delivery man who was super rude and wanted me to go pick up the parcel and look for the address on the internet, hopefully no parcel will arrive with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te entregan el pedido a tiempo y cuando llamas para saber del pedido contestan y cuelgan, ya mi pedido con hoy lleva 9 días de retraso y quién sabe cuánto las me lo vallan a retrasar ???
Terrible service, they don't deliver your order on time and when you call to find out about the order they answer and hang up, and my order with today is 9 days late and who knows how long they're going to delay it ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el repartidor a fuerza quería dejarme el pedido con el vecino y le pedí que me lo dejara en sucursal para pasar por el, 4 días después no puedo ir a recoger mi paquete porque tengo que recibir señal de ellos.

Terrible service, the delivery man wanted to leave my order with the neighbor and I asked him to leave it for me at the branch so I could pick him up, 4 days later I can't go pick up my package because I have to receive a signal from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal el servicio!. Desde hace más de 10 días no entregan un paquete y comentan que no encuentran una de las cajas. He hablado para levantar el reporte y en el call center te dan un numero pero no se soluciona nada.
Trato de comunicarme a los teléfonos de la sucursal de San Luis Potosi y es imposible que te contesten.
ALEJENSE de éste servicio!
Horrible service! They have not delivered a package for more than 10 days and comment that they cannot find one of the boxes. I have spoken to raise the report and in the call center they give you a number but nothing is solved.
I try to contact the telephone numbers of the San Luis Potosi branch and it is impossible for them to answer you.
STAY AWAY from this service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es terrible el deterioro de una empresa con tanto potencial, en el boom logístico del e-commerce el claro perdedor es Redpack con un servicio al cliente prácticamente inexistente, sus números de atención son un chiste, nadie contesta y es una perdida de tiempo solicitar cualquier solución a los problemas que causa enviar o recibir paquetes con ellos, lejos de ser una solución de logística son una amarga pesadilla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio de todas las paqueterías. Una semana para entregar un paquete de la CDMX a San Luis Potosí, hablé por teléfono y no resolvieron nada.
Ojalá este mensaje lo lea su gerente de la sucursal de San Luis Potosí y tome acciones.
The worst service of all packages. One week to deliver a package from CDMX to San Luis Potosí, I spoke on the phone and they did not solve anything.
