Es la tercera vez con problemas y siempre son al llegar aquí a Salamanca, los paquetes que se mandan de Irapuato (según rastreo) llegan bien.
My package never arrived but it appears delivered.
It is the third time with problems and they are always when they arrive here in Salamanca, the packages that are sent from Irapuato (according to tracking) arrive well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor paquetería, quieren que tu mismo vayas a las instalaciones a recoger tus paquetes sin importarles que seas de otra ciudad porque según ellos tu ciudad es insegura ... entonces para qué aceptan los paquetes si no piensan entregarlos ???? Eviten usar esta paquetería y ahórrense dolores de cabeza
The worst parcel company, they want you to go to the facilities to pick up your packages yourself without caring that you are from another city because according to them your city is unsafe ... so why do they accept the packages if they do not plan to deliver them???? Avoid using this package and save yourself headaches

Terrible service !!! They mark packages delivered at midnight, and they don't deliver anything!!!!! And I have to go looking for the packages in other places and nothing !!!! ???????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atencion mi paquete llegaba para el dia 9 de mayo el dia 8 en el rastreo aparecia que pasaron lo cual no fue cierto por que lo estuve esperando y nunca parason y el dia 9 pusieron que lo habian entregado hable a redpack y nunca me contestaron me contacte correo electronico y me dijeron que ellos ya me lo habian entregado que descaro x que no recibi nada muy malos repartidores si ellos entregan x que no se aseguran de marcar al numero que aparece como referencia para comprobar que sea la direccion y persona correcta NO RECOMIENDO USAR ESTA PAQUETERIA
Very bad attention my package arrived on May 9 on the 8th in the tracking it appeared that they happened which was not true because I was waiting for it and they never stopped and on the 9th they said that they had delivered it I spoke to redpack and they never answered me I contacted my email and they told me that they had already delivered it to me, how cheeky because I did not receive anything, very bad delivery men if they deliver because they do not make sure to dial the number that appears as a reference to verify that it is the correct address and person NO I RECOMMEND USING THIS PACKAGE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio pésimo no lo recomiendo nada, personal grosero e incompetente, desde las personas que rara vez atienden vía telefónica hasta los repartidores, marcan envios como estregados a media noche que no llegan, o simple marcan como que nadie abrió estando uno en la casa todo el dia literal al pendiente.
Terrible service I do not recommend it at all, rude and incompetent staff, from the people who rarely answer the phone to the delivery men, mark shipments as delivered at midnight that do not arrive, or simply mark as that nobody opened when one was in the house all the literal day pending.
