It is a fraud. They are thieves, I don't know how this parcel service continues to work. I was expecting an xbox and they brought me a can of cheese. It's a mockery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad súper mal paquetería... hoy día miercoles en todo el día no abrieron ni por la mañana ni después del horario de comida, marque para pedir información y tampoco nada que contestaron. Ya mejor deberían de quitarla ya que a los que nos urge mandar nuestros paquetes nos hacen perder tiempo y dinero.
Really super bad parcel ... today on Wednesday they did not open all day neither in the morning nor after lunch, dial to ask for information and neither did they answer anything. They should remove it now, since those of us who urgently need to send our packages make us lose time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejen de mandar informacion falsa, no me han marcado, ni siquiera han pasado en donde deben entregar el paquete, con razon tienen tantas quejas pesimo servicio si no quieren trabajar dejen que alguien mas que si quiere trabajo.
Me acaba de llegar que entregaron el pedido y sepa a que persona se lo dieron voy a levantar una denuncia por robo.
Stop sending false information, they have not marked me, they have not even passed where they should deliver the package, no wonder they have so many complaints, terrible service if they do not want to work, let someone else who does want a job.
I have just received that the order was delivered and I know who they gave it to. I am going to file a complaint for theft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca recogieron el paquete del domicilio y no he encontrado desde hace 15 días una sucursal abierta para enviarlo, ni contestan el teléfono. Pero si venden las guías y puedes programar la recolección d l paquete desde su página de internet, no entiendo que pasa ??♀️?
They never picked up the package from the address and I have not found an open branch for 15 days to send it, nor do they answer the phone. But if they sell the guides and you can schedule the collection of the package from their website, I don't understand what happens ??♀️?
