★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No énvienles con redpack, los repartidores no entregan, aparece en la guía de rastreo como que entregan el paquete pero no lo hacen, en la evidencia de la firma venia firmado por otra persona, y cuando vas a la oficina esta siempre cerrado abren muy tarde y te dicen que el paquete ya fue entregado
 Do not send them with redpack, the delivery men do not deliver, it appears in the tracking guide that they deliver the package but they do not, in the signature evidence it was signed by another person, and when you go to the office it is always closed they open very late and they tell you that the package has already been delivered

El costo de un paquete mas barato es de mas de 200 pesos
Tienen entrega al siguiente día con un costo extra
Anuncian en sus instalaciones que hay descuento si haces prepago de envío
The personal service is good, but it is on a busy avenue and they only have two parking spaces.
The cost of a cheaper package is more than 200 pesos
They have next day delivery at an extra cost.
They announce in their facilities that there is a discount if you prepay shipping

Varios paquetes que he comprado por Amazon marcan como entregados, cuando aún no he recibido, incluso firman por tí.
Mala experiencia, espero amazon ya no les asigne entregas, no son capaces de entregar a tiempo y mienten en su logística, además nunca contestan el teléfono.
Consider this 0 stars.
Several packages that I have bought through Amazon mark as delivered, when I have not yet received, they even sign for you.
Bad experience, I hope amazon no longer assigns them deliveries, they are not able to deliver on time and they lie in their logistics, they also never answer the phone.

Nunca contestan las llamadas, dicen que "Intentaron entregar tu paquete", después te dice que el domicilio esta incompleto o erróneo, el punto es que nunca pasan, das todos tus datos y para entregartelo es un lío tardan 1 mes más y hasta se burlan de tu molestia. Es el peor servicio!
Terrible experience with this package! They never answer the calls, they say that "They tried to deliver your package", then they tell you that the address is incomplete or wrong, the point is that they never happen, you give all your data and to deliver it is a mess they take 1 more month and they even make fun of your annoyance. It is the worst service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, sus datos en la oficina de Aguascalientes no están actualizados el horario de apertura es a las 10 AM y no a las 9 como aparece en internet, llevo más de 8 días esperando que realicen la recolección de mis paquetes y tres reportes en los cuales no son capaces de darme solución, es por ello que vengo a hacer la entrega en físico a sus oficinas cerradas, nadie resuelve, se limitan a levantar reportes y yo me pregunto, es en serio? Cómo puedes tener un servicio tan pésimo, en dónde marquen cada recolección como realizada y el paquete siga estando en mi casa, dónde está su atención al cliente, disculpen mi francés pero se pasan la atención al cliente por la cola, esto es muy molesto y para nada justo. Corrijo mi reseña, son las 10:56 y aún no abren las oficinas, más que pésimo su servicio.
Terrible service, your data in the Aguascalientes office is not updated, the opening hours are at 10 AM and not at 9 as it appears on the internet, I have been waiting for more than 8 days for them to collect my packages and three reports in the which are not able to give me a solution, that is why I come to make the physical delivery to their closed offices, nobody resolves, they limit themselves to filing reports and I wonder, is it serious? How can you have such a lousy service, where they mark each collection as made and the package is still at my house, where is your customer service, excuse my French but they pass the customer service through the queue, this is very annoying and not fair at all. I correct my review, it's 10:56 and the offices are not open yet, their service is more than terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst delivery company ever!!!! do not use them. i buy alot of stuff through amazon in the united states and they have only delivered like 3 packages to my house. They either return it with some excuse; it got lost, it got damaged, couldnt find the place, etc. or i will have to drive 2 hours just to pick up a package they were paid to deliver in the first place. i just ordered over 20 items on Amazon and i just saw that they have returned everything but 2 items. now i have to wait to get my refund, so i can turn right around and order it all over again. REDPACK YOU GUYS ARE WORTHLESS!!!! Shouldnt even have a job let alone a dang business.
