El horario publicado no coincide con el que tienen puesto en las puertas de las sucursales. Estacionamiento muy complicado en esta sucursal. Según eso abren a las 15:00 horas después de comer y es mentira cambian de horario cuando se les antoja llegue a las 15:00 y tienen un pinche cartón diciendo que ahora abren a las 3:30 !! Nunca te dicen que debes traer una copia del INE y firmar responsiva, te hacen perder mas tiempo del que ya perdiste esperando por días su recolección, no se hacen responsables de nada por su horrible servicio. No aceptarán más de dos paquetes, la excusa de los empleados que no tiene la capacidad en sus transportes ni en sus instalaciones. Mejor vayan directo a la sucursal de González Gallo. De la recolección están igual si no son paquetes pequeños no pasan por ellos, pase una semana reportando la falta de recolección, hasta que mejor fui a entregar a sucursal de González Gallo.
