Les llamé y dijeron que no tardaban en entregarlo, de ahí en adelante ya no me contestaron más, ni el repartidor ni en oficina. Al final, me llegó el reporte de que no había podido ser entregado porqué la dirección estaba mal o porqué no había atendido las llamas. Cabe mencionar que yo le pregunté sí sabía en dónde era y me dijo que sí!
Estoy muy molesta la verdad, no porque no me entregaron el paquete, sí no más porque juegan con el tiempo de las personas, tuve que esperar para que lo pudieran entregar y no sé dignaron ni a llamar y decirme que ya no lo dejarían. y hoy siguen sin contestar en oficina.

I called them and they said they wouldn't take long to deliver it, from then on they didn't answer me anymore, neither the delivery man nor the office. It is worth mentioning that I asked him if he knew where he was from and he said yes!
I'm really upset, not because they didn't give me the package, but no more because they play with people's time, I had to wait for them to deliver it and I don't even know how to call and tell me that they would no longer leave it. and today they still do not answer in the office.
