I just came from the Contry branch because they open at 10:00 AM and by 10:30 AM they still hadn't opened, fucking few branches and some far from each other so that it's closed here also at 10:45 AM

I can't understand why they sent me a package from Monterrey to Cadereyta on Thursday and I still haven't received it today, Saturday. When I have ordered for other packages and the next day I have it in my hands and from another state. For me your service is lousy ?
