 My package has 4 days in their "local" distribution center and they do not answer to know if they are going to bring it or I have to go for it to their facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan, nunca están, estuve prácticamente todo el día de hoy esperando desde las 9 hasta las 4 a que llegara alguien y nada, más de 20 llamadas y nada! me preocupa mi paquete ya que es chocolate y dulce lo malo que dónde lo pedí no me daba opción de escojer alguna otra paquetería :(
They never answer, they never are, I was practically all day today waiting from 9 to 4 for someone to arrive and nothing, more than 20 calls and nothing! I worry about my package since it is chocolate and sweet, the bad thing that where I ordered it did not give me the option of choosing another package :(

Terrible service I have been going to pick up my package for 2 weeks and they only pour the cup between the branch and the parcel but no one gives a solution apart there is a disorder of packages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi paquete ya tiene una semana en su sucursal y comentan que no lo han entregado porque no han salido entregas para mi código postal según porqué pertenece a una comunidad de Celaya. Y entregarán hasta que tengan salida y suficientes paquetes para ese código.
My package has already been in their branch for a week and they comment that they have not delivered it because there have been no deliveries for my zip code because it belongs to a community in Celaya. And they will deliver until they have output and enough packets for that code.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decir que son unos incompetentes es bastante amable, y tienen una política bastante holgazana al realizar entregas en comunidades cercanas, argumentando que solo van "cuando tienen suficientes paquetes"; por mucho el peor servicio de paquetería en Celaya.
To say that are incompetent is quite friendly, and they have a pretty lazy policy when delivering in nearby communities, arguing that they only go "when they have enough packages"; By far the worst parcel service in Celaya.
