They are a parcel crap, slow service and according to…. they do not locate your address!! They make you pick up your package at their branch!!!

Que horror por lo menos contesten las llamadas!! They answer the phone whenever they want and when you go to the branch they reluctantly answer the lady who is always there. What a horror at least answer the calls!

Escribí para que me aclararan, y me salieron con que ellos ya no podían hacer nada. Qué cumplieron entregándolo y hasta me mandaron foto de la firma de recibido, pero con otra dirección. Fui a reclamar a sucursal y mágicamente apareció. Quién sabe con cuántos paquetes no hacen lo mismo para quedárselos. Yo no sé cómo se mantienen teniendo pésimo servicio y peor aún que la gente confía. Habiendo infinidad de reseñas tanto aquí cl mi o en Facebook. They never answer the phones. You go to the branch and they serve reluctantly. On one occasion my package was marked as delivered to another address. I wrote for clarification, and they came out that they could no longer do anything. What they did by delivering it and they even sent me a photo of the signature received, but with another address. I went to claim a branch and it magically appeared. Who knows how many packages they don't do the same to keep. I don't know how they keep having terrible service and even worse that people trust them. Having countless reviews both here cl me or on Facebook.

Irresponsible people give me a broken package with the same tape that they put on the label and say that it is Mexico's responsibility that customs breaks the packages to check, they are transport crap.

Tuve que llamar durante esos tres días donde me decían que él paquete llegaba ese mismo día pero no era así. En pocas palabras dan una MUY MALA E INCORRECTA INFORMACIÓN. Además, te hacen esperar demasiado tiempo en la llamada para darte la información sobre el paquete. Para dar un ejemplo: el paquete llegó desde el 25 de enero. Hoy es 02 de febrero y es día en que aún no me lo entregan. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Horrible logistics They delayed three days of delay in the delivery of my package.
