꧁	꧁Esteph꧂ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper amable la chica, muy rápida y eficiente, para guía prepago es únicamente ir y dejar lo cual es de súper ayuda si se tiene prisa (solo en está sucursal) además qué es la única que responde los correos. Los teléfonos de las sucursales usualmente no responden por diversos motivos, su recolección es usualmente de 4:00 a 4:30 PM. Por temas del COVID-19 solo se permite la entrada de una persona a la vez y por medida de sanidad es preferible llevar los paquetes ya cerrados y con la guía pegada, de esa forma igual no se amontona la gente afuera esperando a que cierren sus cajas y peguen sus guías dentro del local (hay que tener consideración por el tiempo de las demás personas) es la sucursal con más afluencia de gente de las tres. Llevar copia de preferencia para que se firmen por cualquier aclaración. No me atendieron. Al parecer no tienen control de la sucursal, no encontré en donde quejarme del mal servicio que dan. Mi paquete era para entrega de 2 a 3 días llego 7 días después.
