La primera vez mandaron mi pedido a casa de alguien más (que afortunadamente yo conocía y me lo dió) la segunda vez regresaron el pedido a la tienda porque no encontraron mi dirección y ni siquiera me llamaron, y la tercera de nuevo entregaron mi pedido a alguien más, esta vez a un desconocido. No sé para qué doy mi número y mi correo si no usan ninguno. Evitaré esta paquetería incompetente de ahora en adelante. Sólo me hacen perder mi tiempo y mi dinero. Terrible service. I have bought online three times using this package, and all three times I received NOTHING. The first time they sent my order to someone else's house (which fortunately I knew and gave it to me) the second time they returned the order to the store because they couldn't find my address and they didn't even call me, and the third time they delivered my order to someone else, this time a stranger. I don't know why I give my number and my email if they don't use any. I will avoid this incompetent parcel from now on. They just waste my time and money.
M	Matilde Cutillas Pereira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable servicio, parece que se ríen de uno, no llaman al timbre de la casa ni al teléfono proporcionado para avisar de la entrega (si es que realmente intentaron entregar algo, porque mis vecinos no vieron nada), y devuelven al paquete a origen sin avisarte de nada, no responden llamadas y cuando lo hacen te hablan de una manera muy maleducada, como si fuera tu culpa que acabaran fracasando en la vida de esa manera. Deberían de contratar a personal que realmente tenga la amabilidad de tratar a los clientes, no que son groseros. Terrible service, yesterday I received a package, for work reasons I went out for a moment and the lady even scolded me for not being at home, I asked her to please support me with her location to go get the package to the place where she is find and says that the package already left it at home. They should hire staff who are actually kind enough to treat customers, not rude.
