★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy buen servico de envio, son eficientes, y tienen cuidado con tus paquetes fragiles, su ritmo de actualización de guias via internet es ligeramente superior a fedex y ups, areas de oportunidad: mayor atencion al cliente en zona de recepción y entrega(aunque sinceramente no es lo mas importante para el consumidor en una paqueteria)...
Actualizacion (30/dic/2021) sugeri el cambio de horario pues hace unos dias fui y pusieron un cartel y en el describen que solo abren de 9am a 12pm y aunque me dijeron que recibirian de 4pm a 6pm si iva, hoy fui y por mas que tocaba no abrian la cortina, a pesar de lo que me dijeron y de que se escuchaban los mensajes que le llegaban a quien estaba detras de ella y a pesar de estar pidiendo que me recibieran, nadie me contestaba...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¿Por qué tienen un número si no contestan? ¿Si saben que es de vitalidad ofrecer un servicio mediante las TIC’s? A veces uno no cuenta con el tiempo para ir hasta la sucursal y estamos pagando porque nos ofrezcan un amplio servicio. Espero lo resuelva pronto el encargado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tanto para la llegada del paquete como para recolección aunque pidas el expréss definitivamente no lo recomiendo o como dice el comentario por ahí si no le interesa su paquete manden lo por redpack pero para un paquete urgente no mejor por otra paquetería ??????
