★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi paquete tiene 3 dias en oficinas aqui en chihuahua, en ves de entregarmelo desde que llega se se esperaron a que fuera 24 de diciembre para decirme que por el festivo no se me va a entregar, que me espere 2 dias mas a fia habi dia lunes, pesimo servicio.
My package has 3 days in offices here in Chihuahua, instead of delivering it to me from the moment it arrives they waited for it to be December 24 to tell me that because of the holiday it will not be delivered, that I wait 2 more days until there was a day Monday, terrible service.

THEY PUT ONLINE THAT THEY CAME 3 TIMES FOR DELIVERY THEY NEVER CAME CHECK CAMERA AND THEY NEVER CAME, I DEDICATE TO SALES BY AMAZON AND OTHER PLATFORMS AND I USED REDPACK BUT AFTER SEEING THAT IT IS A LIE THAT THEY DELIVER THE PACKAGES I AM GOING TO STOP USING IT I DON'T WANT THEM TO DO IT THAT TO ME TO MY CUSTOMERS THIS KIND OF SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes que llamar 15 veces (no es exageración) porque descuelgan el teléfono para no atender o descuelgan y cuelgan enseguida. Mi paquete tiene una semana retenido con la misma excusa se siempre "los repartidores están atrasados"
You have to call 15 times (it's not an exaggeration) because they pick up the phone to not answer or they pick up and hang up right away. My package has been held for a week with the same excuse: "the delivery guys are late"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi paquete llegó hace 10 días a chihuahua y solo lo tenían retenido, tuve que marcar 20 veces literal por qué contestaban y colgaban, la persona que contesta el teléfono en niños héroes súper déspota y grosero, el día Máximo de entrega se lo pasan por el arco de triunfo por qué ni siquiera ese día entregan
Terrible service, my package arrived 10 days ago in Chihuahua and they only had it withheld, I had to dial 20 times literally why they answered and hung up, the person who answers the phone in child heroes super despotic and rude, the Maximum day of delivery will they go through the triumphal arch why they don't even deliver that day
