★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal no está según la dirección de maps, ni la que te dan cuando llamas a Redpack.
Directamente en esta sucursal nunca contestan el teléfono. Debes llamar a otras.
Esta sobre el boulevard, pero como referencia tiene frente una gasolinera, oxxo y a unos pasos
una taqueria oriental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Llegaron rotos los productos de como 6 paquetes que envié. Y en otro ocasión no registran el sobre que entregué, ahora tengo que esperar respuesta de 48 hrs de una aclaración que levanté. Y se suponía que el paquete era para el día siguiente. :(
Bad service. The products of about 6 packages that I sent arrived broken. And on another occasion they did not record the envelope that I delivered, now I have to wait for a response of 48 hours of a clarification that I raised. And the package was supposed to be due the next day. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que deberían de cuidar un poco la imagen del lugar. Honestamente solo fui a recoger un paquete pero siento que el lugar de veía desordenado. La atención fue puntual sin llegar a lo cordial. Y creo que el lugar es un poco lúgubre para la confianza que debe proyectar en caso de querer hacer un envío. No lo he ocupado para enviar ningún paquete sin embargo siento que es una empresa de años y como dije debería cuidar su imagen.
I think they should take care of the image of the place a bit. Honestly I just went to pick up a package but I feel like the place looked messy. The attention was punctual without being cordial. And I think the place is a bit grim for the confidence that you have to project if you want to make a shipment. I have not used it to send any package, however I feel that it is a company of years and as I said, it should take care of its image.
