Hay cientos de problemas con ellos y jamás pueden darte una solución pronta y eficaz, el número de teléfono jamás contesta y cuando lo hacen te cuelgan.. Tienen una pésima atención al cliente.. Cualquier otra paquetería es mejor opción que Redpack..
 It is the parcel that offers the worst messaging services .. There are hundreds of problems with them and they can never give you a prompt and effective solution, the phone number never answers and when they do they hang up on you .. They have terrible customer service .. Any other package is a better option than Redpack ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio , no recomendable, estoy esperando un paquete con tiempo de entrega máximo el 30 de noviembre, levantamos desde el 1 de diciembre la aclaración y hoy 3 de diciembre llamo y me sigue diciendo la ejecutiva que esta como domicilio no localizado que debo seguir esperando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención telefónica, entregas fuera de tiempo. Mi paquete debió haber sido entregado el 28.03.22 y hoy ya es 01.04.22. Si uno paga por el servicio lo menos que merecemos es que se entregue en tiempo y forma, no que hacen lo que se les venga en gana y cambian a su favor las fechas de entrega. Horribleeee!!!! Mejor fedex o dhl son más seguras y cumplidas. No les recomiendo redpack.
Lousy phone service, deliveries out of time. My package should have been delivered on 03.28.22 and today is already 04.01.22. If one pays for the service, the least we deserve is that it be delivered in a timely manner, not that they do whatever they want and change the delivery dates in their favor. Horrible!!!! Better fedex or dhl are more secure and fulfilled. I don't recommend redpack.
