★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésimo el servicio, desde hace más de dos semanas realice un pedido (R:944069148) me lo enviaron por medio de está empresa. Desde el día 23 de diciembre debían haberme entregado el paquete.
Al momento de solicitar información más detallada y rastreo en su página solo dice que no hay fecha disponible de entrega. Yo invertí en las cosas que vienen en ese paquete y es injusto que utilicen la fe y confianza de las personas para no realizar las entregas o hacer perdedizos los paquetes.
Gente, no realicen envíos o pidan que les envíen paquetes por está empresa que tiene poco compromiso y profesionalismo. Perderán la inversión de lo que viene dentro del paquete y tiempo.
The service is terrible, for more than two weeks I placed an order (R: 944069148) they sent it to me through this company. Since December 23, they should have delivered the package to me.
When requesting more detailed information and tracking on its page it only says that there is no delivery date available. I invested in the things that come in that package and it is unfair that they use the faith and trust of the people not to make the deliveries or miss the packages.
Folks, do not ship or ask to have packages delivered by this company that has little commitment and professionalism. They will lose the investment of what comes inside the package and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de entrega en sí es bueno pero la atención que brinda el encargado que te recibe los paquetes es bastante mala, es prepotente hasta decir basta y si se te ocurre llegar después de las 5 va a poner cualquier excusa para no recibirte los pedidos, es una lastima que un buen servicio de envío sea opacado por un mal empleado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, el empleado muy poco amable y muy flojo, dice aquí que cierran a las 6 pero cuando llegas te dice el empleado que en realidad cierran a las 5:30 (cosa que no creo ya que él se queda ahí hasta las 6) si llegas antes de las 5:30 igual no quiere recibir el paquete que porque la camioneta ya se fue (cosa que en ningún otra paquetería hacen, en DHL, Fedex o Estafeta te reciben tu paquete pero con la advertencia de que se irá hasta el día siguiente).
El servicio de Redpack en general como empresa es bueno, rápido, económico y jamás he tenido un problema de que se pierda un paquete pero el empleado de Texcoco es nefasto, deberían de cambiarlo o capacitarlo mejor ya que no es la primera vez que ocurren estás cosas y a varios usuarios nos ha pasado durante años y por alguna razón no mejoran este punto
