★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregan tu paquete cuando ellos desean, aún cuando ya se encuentre en el almacén para entregar. No contestan los teléfonos de atención y cuando lo hacen, te contestan de mal forma y en ocasiones te cuelgan el teléfono mientras estás hablando.
 They deliver your package when they want, even when it is already in the warehouse to deliver. They do not answer the helplines and when they do, they answer you in a bad way and sometimes they hang up the phone while you are talking.

Terrible service they gave me my boxes of broken glass glasses and the freight was very expensive

It turns out that they delivered my package, but nothing has reached me. They are lousy shoplifters. I do NOT recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden muy bien y si contestan las llamadas, los paquetes no duran tanto en llegar le doy 4 estrellas porque estaría bien que cuando llegaran los paquetes te llamarán para avisarte o te mandarán un mensaje con eso les daría 5
They attend very well and if they answer the calls, the packages do not take that long to arrive I give them 4 stars because it would be good if when the packages arrive they will call you to notify you or they will send you a message with that I would give them 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, entregaron mi paquete a alguien más y me tocó perder mi tiempo comunicándome con alguien que me pudiera ayudar y aún no me solucionan, fui al establecimiento y se ve sucio y abandonado y estaba cerrado en horario que indica ahí que debe estar abierto
Terrible service, they delivered my package to someone else and I had to waste my time communicating with someone who could help me and they still haven't solved me, I went to the establishment and it looks dirty and abandoned and it was closed at the time that indicates there that it should be open

Terrible attention from the person who answers, he always tells me that my package arrives today or within the next day and that there are still days until the delivery deadline.
