★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amable los muchachos del mostrador y el repartidor, normalmente mis paquetes me llegan a las 6 de la tarde pero con esta paquetería me llegaron más temprano, excelente servicio.
 The guys at the counter and the delivery man are very friendly, my packages usually arrive at 6 in the afternoon but with this parcel they arrived earlier, excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los paquetes solo son enviados si son entregados antes de 3.30pm lo cual es un mal servicio, otras mensajerías permiten hasta 7p.m. lo permiten a nuestros clientes acelerar un poco mas sus entregas.
Packages are only sent if they are delivered before 3.30pm which is a bad service, other couriers allow up to 7pm. They allow our clients to speed up their deliveries a little more.

Parcel company with good service, usually has better prices than the competition, although it does not offer all the options that others give you, for example the scope and delivery options, however they are a very good option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es una basura, hay una chica en el mostrador que parece que la tienen a la fuerza o parece que le deben lo de dos meses de trabajo porque es muy maleducada, no sabe tratar a los clientes. Pésimo servicio.
The attention is rubbish, there is a girl at the counter who seems to have her by force or it seems that they owe her two months of work because she is very rude, she does not know how to treat customers. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene uno que llevar sus propias cajas y abiertas. Si no, no reciben el paquete. El costo es barato pero no hay garantía para equipos eléctronicos. La persona que atiende es muy gruñona.
One has to carry their own boxes and open them. If not, they don't receive the package. The cost is cheap but there is no guarantee for electronic equipment. The person who attends is very grumpy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aprecio el servicio de Redpack, cumplen en tiempo y es un servicio económico a comparación de UPS, DHL, FEDEX por citar los que tienen más cobertura, lo que no me gusta y podrían intentar hacer es tener más sucursales. Tengo que cruzar la ciudad para hacer mis envíos y la oficina no está lo mejor equipada y presentable. Si dieran mejor aspecto y tuvieran más sucursales quizá tendrían más clientes.
I appreciate Redpack's service, they deliver on time and it's a cheap service compared to UPS, DHL, FEDEX to name the ones that have more coverage, what I don't like and they could try to do is have more branches. I have to cross the city to make my shipments and the office is not the best equipped or presentable. If they looked better and had more branches, they might have more customers.
